A Walk Down Memory Lane....
A Walk Down Memory Lane - Do you remember these goals:
*Get my Blood Pressure and Cholestrol under control
*Cross by beautiful legs, comfortably
*Be able to put things on my lap, because I have one!
*Go up and down the stairs without pain in my knees
*Walk or stand for 15 minutes or more without breathing heavy or wheeing
*Run across the street (like my 84 yr old Mother)
*Stoop down and pick up things without asking for HELP!
*Get up and down from the floor on my own
*No more rubbing thighs and chafing
*No more panty rolls
*Wear cute, sexy panties and bras (no more cotton)
*Put on my socks or sockings without clearing off the bed and sitting sideways
*Have an easier time doing things for myself
*Tie my shoes without getting dizzy when I bend over
*Throw away the Roaman's, Lane Bryant and Catherine's catalogs
*Have the doctor use a regular blood pressure cuff.
*Fit into a theatre or tour bus seat comfortably.
*Slide into a restaurant booth and be able to breath.
*Walk by a full length mirror without feeling humiliated.
*Tuck my blouse inside my pants or shirt to show my waistline
*Talk a walk without having lower back pain.
*Be able to wear my jewerly without an extension
*Wear things that say "one size fits most"
*Stop settling for less than I deserve in life.
*Be able to wear high heels with my knees killing me.
*Wear a bathing suit and not feel like a "beached whale."
*Sit "Indian style" in front of my fireplace
*Be able to shop at the consignment shop
*Put my 22/24 clothes on sale at the consignment shop
*Sit down in the bath tub and not be afraid that I won't be able to get out
*Be able to walk and hold a conversation at the same time
*Travel and enjoy myself!
*Have a member of the opposite sex compliment me on how nice I look in my outfit
*Dance, dance, dance and be able to walk the next day
*Have my skirt sway with the rhymn of my hips
*Wear a pair of thigh highs.
*Turn heads when I walk into a room because I look good!
*Shop in Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Saks, & Bloomingdales petite department!
*Buy something decent off the "SALE" rack.
