The Feast is over....Back On Track

I had my Food Fling yesterday at my families gathering.  I paid the price because my Pooh-Pouch most certainly didn't like it.  The scale is definitely rearing its ugly head this morning.... Not beating myself up though..it's just amazing all the bad foods we use to eat that now send I our bodies into shock when we stray!   Back On Track I go.
