Hi BOTTers,

I am so tired today.  I took a two hour nap and I'm still tired.  I hope I can sleep in tomorrow and get caught up.

Here's my check-in for Sunday:

CARDIO:  Take a walk outside with family and dog

FOOD:

Southwestern Egg Beaters
Cottage cheese
Onion soup
Chicken breast
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Morningstar Soy Sausage Links (6)
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Power Crunch Bar

So far I've done fairly well this weekend on my eating. I've had some missteps, but nothing I'm going to beat myself up over. My weekend eats were a lot better than what they have been over the past couple of months. Tomorrow I'm off on another BOTT day!!!

This is Monday - worked up a storm over the weekend organizing the food lines I have for sale (Health Wise & Bariatrix/Proti

With just 1 pound to go on my 3-pound cushion, I decided since I like the size exactly where I am, I'm going to gradually start increasing my calories until I am consuming maintenance level amount.
