Going to be a busy weekend as I need to write my articles and testing. I'm going to get some family time in though for sure!!!
Here's my check-in for tomorrow:

Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and honey mustard
Onion soup
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Turkey burger (no bun) and cheese

Power Crunch bar

Good Morning, my special friends
I'm bouncing around with joy this morning (sort of like my insides are on a pogo stick LOL )
I reached my goal weight this morning plus a little bit of my 3-pound cushion. I'm so excited!!!!
All I know for sure about today's food is what I had for breakfast (1 whole pint of Arctic Zero chocolate peanut butter ice cread - 128 calories) and that I sure won't eat one morsel over my planned caloric intake AND THAT'S A PROMISE
Walked a little extra yesterday - sciatica nerve still not up to stair climbing yet, but I didn't have any negative consequences from yesterday's walking so will walk a little bit farther today - planning on one mile.

Just another beautiful dreary day here at work...but I will survive. Nothing spectacular happening today. I do plan to work out in the gym downstairs here today, seems like I get more done when I work out alone opposed to working out with co-workers.

Slice of Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach Quiche
Jalapeno Pretzels (Cathy has me hooked)

Subway Turkey Breast on Wheat Bread
