Back to work.....fail to plan...plan to fail

I went back to work on Tuesday.  We had teacher's meetings all day for three days.  I did very well on Tuesday with the food and planning.  I did acceptably well on Wednesday.  Yesterday....well.....I didn't get to the grocery store so I ran out of things I needed to pack in my nice little food bag.  I did not overeat, but the choices I made were less than fabulous.  I have today and tommorrow off to plan how to get through my ultra busy weeks (2 jobs.....and 2 grad school classes) while still having everything I need to succeed and be healthy.

Virginia, you can do this...I do it EVERYDAY.  Get a bigger bag.  I have what I call my "Survival Bag." The main staples in my bag are:

Protein drinks, yogurt & dry protein mix, cottage cheese, cheese sticks, etc.

Overpack...Temptationis always lurking around the corner!!!

Thanks Genie.  I have a wonderfully large lunch bag.  I just didn't get my behind to the grocery store to pick up the necessary items.  Rest assured...I have restocked the shelves in the cabinet and fridge.  I will be prepared for next week!  Thanks for the encouragement.    ginny
