Kind of felt like an off day for me. My monthly visitor has arrived, completey throwing the scales off, which is frustrating me..but im hanging in there

B - 6 oz Greek Plain Yogurt, 1/4 C. Kashi Go Lean Cereal
S - Polly-o Cheese Stick, 1 Hard Pretzel
L - 1 Slice Wonder Light Wheat Bread, 2 Oz 98%FF Honey Roasted Turkey Deli Meat, 1 Slice                    Naturally Slender Cheese, 1/4****berg Lettuce w/ FF French
S - 1 SF Andes Mint, 1 Hard Pretzel
D - Scallops Wrapped in Turkey Bacon, Sauteed in a bit of Olive Oil

96oz Water, Med Coffee w/ Skim Milk

L- 2 Eggs
D- 4 oz chicken, 1/4 c corn
S- SF pudding
68 oz crystal light

since the kidos are back to school my diet is so much better off.. going to the groc store tomorrow.. who knows where to get a good cheap protein shake that doesnt taste aweful?

Hi! My first (well second) post. This BOTTing is just fabulous! I'm so glad that I came back to OH. I'm working on getting back on track and dropping the last of this baby weight before my yearly appt with my surgeon!!

cardio: day off

food:
protein shake (vanilla flavored from costco)
cup of cheerios
turkey sandwich with olives, veggies & cheese
green grapes
teddy grahams (my son hated them, i loved them >.< go figure!)
chicken postickers & green beans

I've started the 5-day pouch test every morning this week and can't seem to make it far. But it does get my protein shake and water in every morning and that's better than nothing. Maybe tomorrow will bring an all day success!
