Hang in there Cathy - you're allowed to be human
I've spent the day looking forward to having a pint of ice cream for dinner. Yummy - and only 128 calories - fills me up to feeling stuffed even tho the rest of the day is liquids.
The scales smiled this morning (and so did I ) Who knows what tomorrow will bring - today it's less than 1 pound to goal! Have decided to go a bit under goal so I don't panic when I begin to eat more and gain a little. I can't believe it - livestrong says I can consume 1500+ calories and maintain my goal weight. 1500+ calories????? seems impossible
More tomorrow.

I think I must be some kind of a mutant - I've only had one headache in my life and it was from the spinal block I had when I delivered one of my children. I might add I've never have found anything to recommend headaches - so if you don't mind, I'll just pass on sharing this experience with you
Hope you're feeling just fine by the time you read this

Hey, BOTTers!!
My body has been running around willy-nilly without its head the past couple of days. I'm involved in some testing of a new loan appliation system and man, its a LOT of stuff.
Had another follow up with my PA yesterday. They show me with a 1-lb loss for the whole month. She did give me a light at the end of the tunnel. She's cut back on my liquid protein to 1 shake a day and told me to cut out all carbs except the ones in fruits and veggies. So no more bread, crackers or my yummy Kashi waffles. She said by cutting that out the weight should fall off pretty easily.
Cardio ~ day off
Cafe ~
B~Opt Nutri Mocha Capp drink & 1 Kashi GoLean waffle (only 3 left & I'm finishing the box, lol)
S~ 1 oz Planters peanuts and 1 oz mixed peanuts, cashews, pistachios
L~ 5 oz ricotta bake and 2 oz mozz/proschuttto roll up
D~ bacon and cheese lettuce wrap & 1 hard boiled egg
S~ SF Jell-o Liv Active pudding

Michelle - Isn't a bear when you have to choose between something you've come to like and getting the scales to smile again
I have all the faith in the world in you that you will make it work Good luck Actually luck has nothing to do with it, but it's such a comforting way to try to duck being responsible for our decisions (I KNOW - i've been there & done that!!!!)
