Scales frowned again this morning - so decided I needed to show the old bod who's in control here. so - my motto for today is "If I can't burn em' - I can't eat em'" Am attempting to shock my bod into losing again by limiting today's calories to between 750 & 800 all in liquid. We'll see how that goes. Still walking with a cane so no exercise today.
