Genie - True - but for now I'm barely smoldedrin', let alone blazin'   The old bod gets a shock today - it's all liquid and low caloric intake.  "If I can't burn em - I can't eat em" is my motto for today

L:  1/2 c soup, a few bites of garden salad, 1/2 cheese quesadilla
S:  Power Crunch protein bar
D:  Greek yogurt w/flax seed and fruit
S:  TBD

Hi BOTT,
Hope everybody is feeling okay and enjoying these last days of summer as August just slips away.  Hope everyone had a chance to enjoy themselves pull the yachts out of dry dock and cruise the oceans for a little while anyway.  Okay, back to reality! 

Went to my PT today after being away from his class for about a month and got blessed out for being lazy and not sticking with the program.  My workout  was hard, but it felt good when he got finished with me.

Who said getting back on track was easy?

Cardio:
Weight Training 45mins
Treadmill  15mins
Stairs 10mins
Situps 100

My Food Menu:

EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
(2)Turkey Bacon w/ LF Grilled Cheese on WW bread
Chocolate Muscle Milk Light
Pink Crabmeat w/ tossed green salad
4 Large Strawberries
Red Salmon w/ green beans & 1 slice WW bread
Jalpeno Pretzels
EAS Chocolate Protein Shake

Hi Everyone! Hope ya'll had a great day. Busy day for me but managed to get everything accomplished I had hoped.

B - 6oz Plain Greek yogurt, 1/4c Kashi Go Lean, 1 Packet of Splenda
S - Roasted Wasabi Flavored Edamame (Not even a full 1/4c serving)
L - 1 Slice Light Wheat Bread, 4oz Tomato and Pesto Albacore, 1 Slice Naturally Slender                      Cheese, 1 SF Andes Mint
S - 1/2 Think Think Protein Bar, 1 Reduced Fat Cracker w/ 1 Tsp PB
D - 2 Pieces Turkey Bacon, Chicken Stick, Polly-O String Chese
Post Workout - Polly-O String Cheese

1 Med DD Coffee w/ Skim Milk and Splenda

Sorry I'm late but I will still post my Food intake from yesterday I just need to make it a habit to log it in at night.

Had Plenty of Coffee this morning and this is what I had yesterday

 

Pre-breakfast: Protein Coffee

 

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, cheese & LC tortilla (burrito)

 

Snack:  CarbMaster Yogurt and half of a small banana

 

Lunch:  1 medium slice of pizza (the kids made pizza when I got off of work)

 

Dinner: ?? Hum so that is why I was so hungry

 

Snack: 1/2 of NS NF ice cream & a protein bar
