Ditto to what everyone sad. I don't think the 5 day pouch thing is for you. You need to take baby step to get back on the program. Please take a moment to read the docs in our blog section and as I said baby steps my friend. Start writing down everything that goes in your mouth and what amount. Do this for one week...don't change anything. But this will be an eye opener to what you are doing. We know we are eating bad when we fall off the wagon but seeing it is a real wake up call. Then replace one bad food at a time, start noting what stress factors are going on in your life and how you can change them. Start moving, even if it's only walking up and down stairs or walking around the house. Get out that step counter and start using it again...
Journal, Journal, Journal....you need a place to write down your feelings and be able to go back and re read them over and over again until the lightbulb goes off.
Don't go cold turkey, your body's craving will defeat you. We are here to support and cheer you on!!

Thank you for your words. I am trying to take it one day at a time and small steps. I do realize that the 5 day plan may be super hard, but I have faith that I can do it eventually. I know for sure I can do the first two days of liquids only. Did that not too long ago when I had an upper GI and colonoscopy. Hard, but doable.
