Monday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Cardio - Walking 30 minutes tonight...getting back in the swing of walking!
Cafe ~
B - Scrambled egg with cheese
S - Boiled egg
L - Leftover Cauliflower Casserole (1C)/boiled egg
S - 1 pc swiss cheese / turkey breast
D - Grilled chicken and broccoli
S - SF chocolate pudding
and i have had my Starbucks for the day...and one more cup of coffee from the kitchen. water and crystal light...gotta get some SF popsicles!!

Today was a crazy day, I had to go unenroll and re-enroll one of the girls and still have to get them some uniform shoes because they start tomorrow and it had to be specific ones because they can't have no color what so ever.
well this is what I've had today:
Breakfast: just 1 cup of coffee this morning
Lunch: Hamburger with only 1/2 bun & couple of fries (not the best but I hadn't eaten and I was starved this was at 1p)
4p: bowl of posole (which is shredded pork meat w/menudo spices)
dinner is still up in the air since I'm tired and I want to go straight to bed
that is all I've had ...
I'll see y'all tomorrow.

Had a pretty good day today! Dinner was almost non-existent because my little one and I got home late and didnt have anything out for dinner.

S - Polly-O 2% String Cheese
L - 2oz Hormel Chicken, 1/4C. FF Ricotta, 1 Slice Light Wheat Bread, 1 Slice Naturally Slender Cheese, 4 Tomato Slices, 2 Mini Sugar Free Andes Mints
S - 2 Ritz Crackers, 2 Tsp PB
D - 1/2 of a Think Thin Low Carb Protein Bar, Polly-O 2% String Cheese
Also sucked on 2 SF Jolly Ranchers Through the Day.

Medium Coffee w/ Skim Milk and Splenda
CARDIO - 20 Min Walk (Various Hills) and Chasing after 1 Year Old. Also did a cumulative 30 mins of easy walking at work.
