Checking in

Still nursing my sciatica nerve - I think it's better - the pains significantly less but spent yesterday pretty much in bed and putting ice on it for 10 minutes every hour & a half - doing the same today (and will again tomorrow)  Hopefully by Monday I'll be back to normal.

Since it is so much easier - I'm having my calories in chocolate drink & hot chocolate (hot chocolate feels pretty good after laying on ice for 10 minutes LOL)

My exercise consists of bed to bathroom, to kitchen or to computer - not a long-distance hike for sure.  So, not surprisingly, the scales frowned this morning.  That's OK for I'm doing the best I can and that's good enough.  Don't have to reach goal by any certain time - would like to - but don't have to.  Yet another opportunity to learn PATIENCE (LOL)

See you tomorrow   Have fun this weekend

Hello fellow BOTTers.

After consuming WAY TOO many adult beverages last night , I've decided to de-toxify my body today of all the bad carbs. I never feel like eating much after a night of hanging with my friends, so I decided to start the 3-day LPT (Liquid Protein Train). It's a shorter version of the 5-day pouch test and not as restricting. I'm going to focus on getting in at least 800 cals and only having a light protein-rich dinner. Each time I get hungry, whether it is head hunger or realy hunger, I'm going to reach for my water or my protein drink.

Not too bad of a day, although according to daily plate, it seems like I have had a bit more fat than usual. Its probably because I had that extre piece of cheese for lunch. Scales smiled again today....195.5...
