Come on everybody - stop hiding, how have you been doing this week?  Share your story, whether , fabulous or frustrating, I'm sure there is someone else going through (or has gone through) what you are.

Lets celebrate the successes and commisserate the difficulties.  Together we can urge each other on to the finish line.

I forgot to weigh this morning (I know, how could that happen - I usually weigh every day!!!), so will post mine tomorrow as I like to weigh first thing in the morning, but thought others might like to get their numbers down.

I posted mine on my daily food plan.  I'm down 3 pounds total since I started getting BOT last week - but I was actually down 9 (so somewhere along the way, I gained back 5).  I'm thinking that because it's humid and disgusting here in NC, and I'm holding onto more water than the Hoover Dam, that has something to do with it.  I saw the smaller side of 300, and it made me happy.  Now, if I can just get back there and STAY there for a while! 

I'll hit the scale again tomorrow morning, then I'm off it again until my surgeon's appointment on Monday (where I know I'll get a lecture *sigh*) and then again next Friday.

 Started BOT on Wednesday at 203. This morning I was 196.5!!! Probably mostly water weight, but still, a loss is a loss.

Sorry Ruth, but I threw my SCALE  out the window this week.  Maybe I can give you a number next Friday!

Genie, that is EXACTLY what I needed right now!! Thank you for saying what I wanted to do with my scale.

I've been all over the place this week. Up and down, up and down. I'm calling this week a "no loss".

Finally I saw a loss this week of a pound.  I think it's because I've been on my own and eating to suit myself as hubbie and 9yr old daughter are away.  Hmmm...there's a lesson that needs to be learned here.
