Protein Ideas

I am dying for some ideas as to what to do for lunch/breakfast that is high protein and low carb. I know that I am going to get sick of egg whites and cottage cheese, and chicken/ricotta.

Any suggestions?

I usually have some of the following:

beans w/salsa & cheese
Turkey sausage
turkey bacon (just love the Butterball brand)
Cheesy Egg bake (awesome you can get the recipe from Bariatriceating.com)

not sure how low carb but 1 package of oatmeal w/1 scoop of protein is pretty tasty too ( I like to get the No sugar added one and add banana protein to it )

I hope this helps I guess I'm kind of in a slump too since I eat this everyday for breakfast

Many Blessings

You may want to consider allocating more of your daily calories to breakfast - that is when you have gone the longest without nourishment.  One of my favorite breakfast's is 260 calories
1 pkg Quaker weight loss instant oatmeal, 3/4 cup liquid (i/2 water & 1/2 DaVinci sf chocolate syrup - you could substitue 8th Continent light chocolate soy milk for the liquid), nuke it for barely over a minute, then stir in once scoop of my chocolate Unjury protein powder.  Yummy to my taste buds.  This may not be what you're looking for at all so just ignore if it isn't.
