I survived day 1 of BOT! I am so proud of myself! I am really hoping that I can continue on this track.
I managed to drink 100 oz of water and did the following:

921 Cal
36g Fat
358mg Chol
64g Carbs
29g Sugar
2g Fiber
82g Protein

And, the scale was close to 4lbs happier with me today because of it!!

Looks great - but also looks high in sugar and low in fiber...you need to get that fiber.

You are right.  I am glad you do not have sugar problem. I eat 5-6 meals a day so that for me would mean 5-6 gr per meal.  That is not much overall.   

I can tolerate  some sugar - specailly natiral - but when i want to lose weight - the sugar (for me) will make it slow - or even a no loss at all. 
I am glad you are doing so well and can tolerate any food.!!  I am happy for you!

While I appreciate your feedback, I am going to have to disagree with you about the sugars. I am much further out than you and am able to consume a bit more. At 5-6 years out I have seen a number from many surgeons of anywhere between 10-16g of sugar a meal..multiply that by 3...and I am in range.

A contained of Dannon Light N' Fit yogurt has 12 g of sugar alone in it. There is sugar in almost everything we eat.

As for the fiber, I do take a supplement, so there is no worry about that
