Back On Track Together

hi everyone... I'm back after a few days away... I had to make an unexpected trip to Southern California from Oregon, to be with my daughter. She had a c-section on Monday, we have a beautiful, healthy little grand daughter 8.6 lbs... They named her Gizzelle.
Any way... I've tried really hard to stay on track, which is not easy when you travel. 14 hrs in the car makes me just want to snack. I took things like raw almonds, protein drinks, jerky, water...
We ate at McD's, I had a grilled chicken wrap. We ate at the Outback... I ordered the shrimp appitizer. We at at TGI Friday's, I ordered the chicken with rice and broccoli - hubby ate the rice.
It does get difficult when there are so may bad choices you can make while traveling.
I feel like I did ok with my eating, but for sure I am glad to be home and glad to be BOTT!!

L - shrimp taco with cabbage - yummy
D - Protein drink
S - 1/2 banana
cardio - elipical machine 30 min
