Back On Track Together
3 days = 3 pounds
Thanks to finding this group over the weekend and openign my eyes to what I was doing to myself....I cut carbs to almost none, cut calories & fat and knocked out the mindless grazing alltogether. I increased protein (honestly I bet I wasn't even getting in 20 a day) water, vitamins and exercise. I have lost 3 pounds in 3 days.
It feels so good to be back in control.
