Hi BOTTers,
Ahhhhh, the boys went back to school today. Although they dreaded it, they will be happy to see their friends and get back in the swing. They won't admit it but they'll be excited when they get home. It will be nice to have some structure return. I dread the homework hassles.
Here's my check-in today:

Halfway through my day - and I'm struggling to stay awake - not quite sure why - I thought I slept well last night. Haven't been too carby today that would put me into a carb coma, but I just want to curl up and doze off. (Thankfully I'm at work, so I won't!)
B - Protein Shake
S - Yogurt and Kay's natural cereal
S - 28 Almonds
L - Roast Beef and Cheese with Crisp Bread
S - Cheese Stick and Baby Carrots
D - Tuna Salad and crisp bread or pita point
S - High Protein butterscotch pudding
And LOTS of water - today it's my mission to get in 2 liters. I'm about 1/4 of the way there.

I'm off and running on another BOTT day. Yesterday, I did better on my carb intake than I have before and the scales smiled at me for it. Today I seem to be on the same track.
Cardio ~ walking if not raining/humid

1 oz unsalted peanuts
S ~ Liquid happiness w/shot of protein (dr would be very unhappy)
L ~ Chicken salad (homemade) w/1 egg and 1 slice toast
