Good Morning
The scales smiled again this morning (3 days in a row!!!!!!!!!!!!) but I think it may be a little artificial as my foot was huring a bit last night and I'm on a hot chocolate kick (it's marvelous to have a "comfort food" the is only 80 calories - or 85 with if it has the tiny marshmallows in it - and has 15g of protein) so I had my calories in liquid form rather than solid food. Wouldn't be surprised if the scales frown a little tommorw - won't like it, but won't be surprised and sure won't give up.. At any rate, this morning I'm 1.4 pounds away from my goal WOW I WILL GET THERE - YES I WILL!!!!!!!!!!!
FOOD:
B - Oatmeal breakfast - 260 cal
S - Bariatrix choc soy snacks - 150 cal
L - Health Wise pasta fagioli - 200 cal
HW choc drink (or hot choc) - 80 cal
S - HW choc drink (or hot choc) - 80 cal
D - My seafood gumbo - 210 cal
green beans - 45 cal
Cal 1025 Carb 104g Protein 104g
EXERCISE:
Foot still tender so a little walking and a little stair climbing (knee a leg still a bit "gimpy")

I ticked up a pound on the scale this week, but am not going to freak out . I'm just going to keep trucking right on along with my BOTT.
