Friday weigh in - a little late!!

Hi everyone

how has your week been.  I hope you are all ok, especially as this thread hasn't been started yet.  I haven't focussed on my eating this week, so no loss for me, but have stayed the same.  This is my last week of dieting vacation and I'm back on track on Monday.

Last week I weighed in at 210 and this week I'm at 211 as of Friday. I'm not going to get to bent about it since I had almost made up the 4-lb deficit I had at the start of Monday morning.

Next week, I'm aiming for back around 210 if not lower. I would like to be down almost 10-lbs by August 26th, my next dr visit. I only have 4-lbs to go to get there. That is going to be my mini-goal on a month to month basis until I reach my goal weight.

good for you not allowing those scales to bend you out of shape.  yay go you on yoru journey to your mini goal.

Thanks for starting this Ruth. I did not weigh on Friday but was down a couple then up a couple on two different days. Treading water so to speak and that is ok with me for now. Better than where I was headed a few months ago.

you're welcome.  Sometimes it's good to tread water, it all depends on our perspective doesn't it.
