Hi BOTTers,

Adventures in shopping for back to school continue tomorrow.  Oh my!

Here's my check-in for Sunday:

CARDIO:  Probably walking around again from store to store, mall to mall.

FOOD:

Southwestern Egg Beaters
String cheese
Chicken and brocolli stir fry
Cottage cheese
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Onion Soup
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

Day 6 for me :) 

(I am just so tickled that I made it through yesterday and stayed on plan when I was out and about and no where near home!)

The skys are a bit overcast now but we may be getting a deluge of rain before the day is over - and then there are a couple of systems lurking out in the Atlantic that may impact my area - Ana not very likely, but Bill is a potential - perhaps even a hurricane.

      HW Lemonade fruit drink - 60 cal
      Bariatrix lemon crisp bar - 130 cal
S - HW choc drink - 80 cal
D - HW veg lasagna - 220 cal
      HW cream of broccoli soup - 80 cal
      W choc drink - 80 cal

983 cal          78g carb          120g protein

EXERCISE:
Very limited due to leg/knee pain

Hello BOTT,
Hope everyone enjoyed there weekend.  It's a scorcher today, so I decided to wait until I got to work to do my workout.  I'm not feeling to well today, but I'm attempting to eat all I have on my menu for the day.  If not then I'll just resort to my protein drinks.  Spent a lot of time in the "Throne Room" this morning and I just could be wiped out.
Didn't exercise as long as I would have liked too, but I did manage to get some time in.

Cardio:
Treadmill 15mins
Weight training 30mins

My Menu:

EAS Chocolate Protein Shake w/ Hazelnut Decaf Coffee
Turkey Bacon w/ Grits & Cheese
2slices of Turkey Breast Luncheon Meat
Spinach Salad w/ Egg & Italian dressing
4 Fresh Strawberries
EAS Chocolate Protein Shake
Turkey Bacon & Spinach Quiche
Cottage Cheese w/ Peaches (maybe)

Calories  1108  Fat  39.2g  Fiber  8.3g
Carbs  82.7g  Protein  94.7g

Thanks Happy, I am feeling a little better I was able to get my meals in, and that's a good thing. Hopefully get me a nice warm bubble bath and I'll be able to sleep tonight, and feel rejuvinated in the morning.
