Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
Tomorrow we are going back to school shopping for clothes, shoes, etc. We already have the supplies so at least that is over. My 14 year old, Zack, is now at the age where he is difficult to buy for. The days of picking him up some jeans and cute shirts are over. Now he must go and pick out his own clothes. Things that I'd think he likes he doesn't and vice versa. Of course, jeans and "cute" clothes are out. It is jeans and "cool" clothes are a must. My husband doesn't get it but I understand how important it is to fit in somewhat or at least not stand out. So, tomorrow is the back to school spree. My husband will think things are too expensive and want to buy all of his clothes at Wal-Mart. I will override him and he'll mumble about how things were when he was a kid. Yeah, right - whatever, honey. LOL.
Here's my check in:
CARDIO: Probably walking all over a few malls.
FOOD:
Southwestern Egg Beaters - They are very filling and I'm not sure where we'll be the rest of the day and what I'll eat.
The rest of my day will be healthy choices.

The scales smiled this morning - in fact they got down to a new low to go to goal weight - but that's a bit misleading since yesterday was a liquid day in the hopes my insides would cleanse a bit. I'll be surprised if I don't have a gain tomorrow - and probably even Monday. But my insides do feel better - not great, but better. If ever there was a doubt our problem is not a physical problem but a head problem, Thursday night I was "starving" after a 1000 + calorie day - yesterday not only was I satisfied, but I was so stuffed last night I could not drink the last chocolate drink I had planned - a 700+ calorie day. So now it's on with refeeding.

Happy Saturday, everyone!! It looks like shopping is the theme for our Saturday BOTT group, so far at least. What an awesome way to get in cardio and not have it feel like exercise. I'm off to the farmer's market and some BOTT grocery shopping (blech grocery stores..) then to have lunch at a local mexican restaurant with friends.
The scales have continued to creep lower and lower so I want to keep the momentum up, therefore, I am committing to a 100% BOTT weekend.

Morning All... Goodness, everyone has a shopping trip planned... well I guess I'll be at the mall too today since that is my weekend job..LOL! No shopping for me, just guest assisting, selling gift cards and checking out wheelchairs. It is a great job for people watching.
I went to the health food store yesterday and got a couple of single packets of some different protein drinks, to change things up a bit. I got metabolic reset hunger control weight loss shake... high fiber and protein 21 g, 13 g carbs and 130 calories. I tried it this morning and it's not bad, I added a half of banana and a couple of strawberries, some ice cubes and it turned out to be a really satisfying breakfast.
