Hello fellow BOTTers. I have been so extreamlly busy latley that I have been neglecting the board. It seems the only time I get to read whats going on is when I'm at work. I have not lost anything for the last 6 weeks but I have not gained anything either. I am hoping that when the kids go back to school on the 25th things will slow down a little and I will be able to be more active on the board. If you notice that I havent been around please email me @ [email protected] and give me a little shove in the right direction. See ya around the board.

I've been very concerned about you and when there was no response to my OH messages, I decided I had better back off - so I have. Now that I see you are still with us I have copied off the alternative e-mail address and you can bet I'll be shoving you with vigor if you abandon us again LOL
I'm proud of you that you haven't gained. Sometimes that is 100 times harder than losing. Now that you are back on track, you will soon be headed down again

We have missed you. I know what you mean, I don't have little ones anymore but have been really busy with painting and house stuff. You are so tired at the end of the day you grab what is closest and don't have the energy to workout. Kudos to you for not gaining. Try to start writing down what you eat and that will give you a great game plan of where to start
Give us a shout when the kids get in school...
