Damn Carbs
Today I am back on track, I have fallen off the wagon with my carb intake thanks to some home made chicken and noodles that where delivered to my house. I was already having issues but they sure didnt help. I am now up 4 lbs, which is my own fault. I am so excited to find people like me that just need a little boost to get us going again. Thanks for being here for me. No carbs today. Had a boiled egg and reduced cheese for breakfest and a chicken salad from subway for lunch. Meatloaf and veggie for dinner. Thanks again, Raynetta

Congrats on being back on track today. It only takes one day to get that momentum going again and you've got it.
Carbs are such an easy trap to fall into and so hard to get out of. This group of BOTTers has helped me so much. Stay here with all of us and gain support as we've all been there and doing it ourselves right along with you.
