I wish you the best in this situation, Cathy. It'll be hard, whatever you decide, I'm sure. But you can stick to it.

So I was BLINDSIDED today with the loan I've been working SO hard for months for. It was awaiting me in my email this morning, completely catching me by surprise. I'm finally putting the bid on the house tomorrow morning. This could be it.... My fingers are crossed, cross your toes for me, everyone!

Cardio - Jogging (Did die in the heat yesterday, but it was worth it)

Food -
B - kinda skipped it, I'm a bad girl
L - Shaved steak and cheese on a wrap and green beans
S - other half of that
D - It might almost be celebratory time... maybe mexican or sushi.

I am now a HOME OWNER!   Check out my House Blog!

I'm back in the office for the rest of the week and was looking forward to not facing any roadblocks on my 100% BOTT days remaining....only to walk in and see they're doing a snack day for two of the girls who are leaving. I have committed to stick with my menu plan and not cave under the stare of the hot dogs, chili, chips and cake. I'm constantly saying the short term happiness of eating that stuff is not worth the unhappines of seeing the scale not move.

Cardio ~ Walking 1.5 miles
             Stationary bike  2.5 miles

It's great to be able to vent to a friend but I always expect my friends to say "OK, then, get ov er it and move on!"  And they do.  And it's what I want.  She may be just looking for someone who says it's OK to stay stuck and miserable.  Good luck!

OK, I'm hurting here.  When I met with my NUT last week, she suggested I meet with my trainer to go over my exercise program also.  (They're in the same location.)  So Meagan has made a new program for me and I met with her this morning to run through it.  Bottom-line:  three different programs for three days to work different muscle groups.  I did all three with her this AM and OUCHIE!!!!

Kay's Protein cereal and Carbmaster Yogurt
Atkins mudslide bar
tuna salad, 2 branacrisp crackers, 1 C strawberries
ham and swiss roll ups and Dijon protein chips
Meatloaf and broccoli

enough iced tea to float a battleship

Hopefully your friend realizes that finding a good friend such as yourself is a very hard thing to do and losing you would not be to her benefit. I'm late as usual but here are my stats for yesterday

Cardio:
30 min Elliptical - Level 4 (moving on up!)
45 min weight training (hubby complained the whole time - if he keeps it up I'm going to the gym without him!!)

Food:
B - Med Latte Lite from Dunks
L - Other half of my yummy salad from Tuesdays dinner
S- Black beans, rice, 2% cheese and lite sour cream
I lost the battle and splurged on my favorite cookies - sunmaid trail mix cookies - 1 bag - 360 calories - but I adjusted the rest of the day to allow for them!
D - Four bean and Quinoa salad

Calories 1406 Fat 50g Carbs 192g Fiber 26g Protein 73g

Have a great rest of the week - hump day is over and done with!!
