Good evening BOTTers - I've had a great day and I'm hoping everyone else did (does). I've started using some of the Beck principles and I must say it is helping!!
Cardio - Day off
Food
B - Med Latte Lite from Dunks
S-Click protein shake made with chocolate almond milk
L - Double black beans and rice with some mexican cheese and sour cream
S- Kay's French Vanilla Protein cereal
5pm Apple pie protein shake
Now Dinner - salad - mixed greens, 3oz chicken breast, english cucumber, avocado, black beans and fresh raw corn from the farmers market - topped with chipotle ranch dressing - yum!!!
Calories 1379 Fat 45g Carbs 159g Fiber 22g Protein 102g
Tons of water and almost all of my vitamins (gotta work on those)
