Morning all!

I'm fricken tired! Who knew a relaxing weekend of camping could exhaust you? Ah well, get some sleep, eat right and get some exercise and I'll feel alot better. Meanwhile, upping water intake because I think I got dehydrated this weekend too.

Cardio - Jog if I don't die of heat.

Food -
B - 2 slices raisin bread
S - Protein shake
L - left over cheese burger with relish
S - Salad, laughing cow cheese and some wheat thins
D - Not sure, fending for ourselves tonight

Happy! Let me know if that was a helpful link. I'll keep researching. I think I actually posted all that on the board, so I have to see if I can track it down.

Cathy - I'd like to suggest Health Wise and Bariatrix foods be included in the tracker - you may already have them.

To report in  - this was a day the scales frowned and I was up a bit.  No explanation - just up a bit.  I am anticipating more up days as yesterday afternoon I developed a severe pain in my left leg - I think due to a foot problem & I'm more than likely walking in a strain to protect my foot.  See the dr Monday and he should take care of my foot then - may be tender for a few days - but on the mend.

So minimal walking today (just to get from one place to another) and a 100% BOTT food day.  I am upping my calories a bit for I may ha\ve cut back a little too fast.  I'm fighting head hungries but I WILL WIN!

Well, today has been a wash as far as food intake goes.
