I was going to wish you luck Autum, but I'm not going to because you won't need luck!!   I am going to say good for you for getting back on track and we all can do this together!  I'm new to this group too and have 20lbs to lose.  Don't give up, we are all in this together.

We can make it to our goals with the support of each other.

I did the 5DPT a couple of times. And the second day was more difficult than the first- Wish you luck and determination.
And i made sure i had something to drink all the time.  Hot tea worked well for me. (herbal) and i noticed that I did better on non-sweet drinks that on the sweet ones. Good luck.

The first time I lost  7 lbs but after I started eating "normal"  3 come back. The second time- I just joined a friend and i lost 4 lbs that then I put back on... (I do not need to lose more).
the 5DPT the first time was my way to get back in control of my carbs - and the carbs detox is though... (it was for me).
make sure you have good BM during that time.

Good Luck Fellow BOTT! I am trying my best to fit in activity whenever I can. I park on the highest level of garages, and dance while I clean my house. I think it helped kickstart a 5lb loss this WEEK!

                                 16 lbs lost pre-op!
