Tomorrow is full of errands, a hair appointment for me and working on the Nutrition Tracker. I hope everyone is enjoying Health Tracker as much as I am. Activity will be coming soon. I had one foot off the wagon yesterday, ok, more like 1/2 my body off the wagon yesterday. Payday Fridays when me and some of my friends go out, always throws me. I'm still battling the random eating with my nephew in town and the bad carbs hanging around my house.
