Hi BOTTers,

Tomorrow is full of errands, a hair appointment for me and working on the Nutrition Tracker.  I hope everyone is enjoying Health Tracker as much as I am.  Activity will be coming soon.  One of the many things I love about OH is that it is all about us as members.  I get to work with some of the most talented yet fun people ever.

CARDIO:  Treadmill

Turkey salad with light Ranch dressing in spray bottle
Cottage cheese
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Onion Soup
Chicken breast (small)
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

I had one foot off the wagon yesterday, ok, more like 1/2 my body off the wagon yesterday. Payday Fridays when me and some of my friends go out, always throws me. I'm still battling the random eating with my nephew in town and the bad carbs hanging around my house.
