Hi BOTTers,

Thank you for being supportive regarding my post yesterday about my friend.  Again, BOTT extends beyond food and exercise.  BOTT is about our entire life.  The group we've created here is so special.

Here's my check-in for today:

I continue on my up and down path to goal.  Today the scales were down a bit and so it goes.  Just another opportunity to learn patience LOL
