Are all calories the same? info

See guys what I found. Very interesting. Intuitively I know that not all calories are the same - and here it is - someone actually wrote thing about it

Thanks--this is very interesting & easy to understand.  Makes a lot of sense.  I'm going to keep this in mind to nudge me in the right direction, esp when picking snacks.
