Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
I had a rotten day yesterday. One of those days that if it could go wrong, it did. I kept reminding myself yesterday and today so far that you can't have the rose without the thorns.....rainbows without the rain storm. I had the thorns and rain storm yesterday and today is a new day!

Also this morning, I pulled on a pair of pants I bought last week, a little tight, figuring it was a good goal to fit into them. Well I put em on this morning and I fit into them. W00t! It looks like I've lost 3 lbs in the last week and a half. I'm cool with that!!
Cardio - Walk/Jog, depending on if hubs comes with again
Food -
B - 1/2 subway sweet onion chicken flatbread
S - protein shake
L - Other half
S - some spaghetti and sausage left over (we'll see, I might save it for lunch tomorrow)
D - Whatever mom makes tonight!

Yesterday was quite interesting as far as my food went since I was completely off schedule with everything.
Today I'm trying something different...my own little version of the 5-day pouch test. Since I know my pouch isn't stretched, I'm mainly wanting to refocus it on eating good things and rejecting the bad ones. I've never really had a probelm with sugar, but hope this will make that happen. I'm going to stick to protein drinks/soup during the day and a meal at night for the next three days. Hopefully, I will see a decent (at least 4 lb) drop. If so then I'll probably do this periodically throughtout the process.

Lunch: Forum28 Mushroom soup with swiss cheese, 2 celery sticks. 1 C. blueberries

Dinner: Chop, ratatouille (zuke, tomatoes, mushrooms w/some parmesan
Snack: maybe an Atkins bar
Trying to keep it under 1000K, 50 C and 100 P for three days.
