Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I'm continuing to work this weekend on my fun, exciting project.  I hope I'll be able to share about it soon.  The big teenage birthday bash is tomorrow when my oldest son turns 14.  Ugh.  14?  He reminded me today that in only two years he'll be driving.  Like he really needed to!!!  I've regressed back to the days when he was in preschool. 

So, between the second birthday celebration and my project, it is going to be a busy weekend.  Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Treadmill

FOOD:

Southwestern Egg Beater omelet with veggies and turkey slices
Cottage cheese
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
String Cheese
Morningstar Soy Sausages (4)
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

peanut M &M's (walked Sturgis Bike Rally, wasn't prepared and felt low BS) Poor excuse for not being prepared but getting honest
hamburger on bun with ketchup, pickles and onions
Protein shake

Did an hour on the elliptical this morning

Hi All!  Here's my check in for today:

B-1 cup of cereal with 1 cup 1% milk

S- cherries

L- sandwich made with honey ham, cheese, and light mayo on 1 slice of protein bread

S- protein bar

D- Lean Cuisine Meatballs and spagetti

S- yogurt

          Loving me...every day...for the rest of my life!
