Hi BOTTers,
We are in birthday mode #2. My son, Zack's birthday is tomorrow so we've finished Matt's birthday celebrations last week and now we're celebrating Zack this weekend. He will be 14 chronologically but to me, he is still 4! Where does the time go? Being a mom to my sons is one of the greatest joys in my life.

YAY!!! It's FRIDAY!!!
I've been tossing the idea around in my head for a couple of weeks to do the 5-day pouch test. I know my pouch is the size it needs to be, but I want to see if I can't have another big loss and curb that Carb Monster a little bit. So this weekend since I am off work, I might undertake that. That way if I get a lil' bit gripey, I won't have to worry about offending anyone.
Cardio ~ walking for 1.5 miles (weather permitting)
Stationary bike 15 mins 4 miles

B ~ Champ Nut Protein Shake
Kashi GoLean blueberry waffle (1)
Starbucks (liquid happiness in a cup
S ~ 1.5 oz Grapes
L ~ 1 wedge of Chili's Fire Grilled Chicken Quesadilla
1/2 c black beans (that way won't eat more quesadilla)

D ~ Tilapia (lemon pepper, yum) w/ 1/2 c pinto beans
