Fish Oil to Lower Triglyceride Levels ???

Are taking probitics? There was a study that showed that for WLS people - those who took probitics - lost more weight overall?

And since you struggling with the loss- check my post on calories - some researchers say that not all calories are equal...

I've never heard of Probitics... tell me more please.   I take four Optisource Vitamins, two Caltrate with Vitamin D and two 1200mg fish Oil gels per day. I did read yoru post on calories and found that read very interesting. I'll google Probitics and see what I come up with. Thanks Again.

i try to use them - take pills - capsules with mutliple strains in them - i take the one that are sold in Vit Shoppe.

Very interesting articles indeed. I never thought of adding "friendly bacteria" to my daily protocol.  I have to admit I'm a little sqeamish at the thoughts of adding the probiotics to my diet. I need to read more on the subject before I get up the nerve of realizing what I'm actually ingesting. You are one brave (well educated) woman on the subject. Thanks for sharing :-).
