Wednesday, BOTT Cafe & Cardio

Hi BOTTers,

I'm still working on my project.  It is exciting and I'm so thrilled to be working on it.  I'm going to be bummed when it is over!

I received confirmation yesterday from the International Coach Federation that they received my application for my advanced coaching credential - yeah!  So, the process has begun.  There are so many steps they provide you with a flow chart of what will occur. 

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Treadmill

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Vegetable strips
Cottage cheese
Turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mustard
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Onion Soup
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

ok i need to get back to some accountability here

Protein shake with fruit
cottage cheese with strawb. and flax meal
yogurt
20 Cherries throughout the day , a string cheese
stir fried chicken and veggies
either 100 cal popcorn, greek yogurt, or fiber cereal with soy milk. Not sure which yet

May go get drivers license renewed so not sure if I will get in half hour elliptical.

Hi Ioinrc, glad to see you posting on the thread. Every time I read Rapid City I keep thinking we need to meet up when I go to Deadwood. Weather is cold and rainy here today but I did get to enjoy breakfast with some fellow OHers that were going through town.

Cardio: Treadmill
Food:

B-1/2 English Muffin, 1/4 Ham & Swiss Omelete
S-Dry Roasted Edamame
L-White Chicken Chili
S-Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
D-BBQ Casserole, Salad
S-Light String Cheese

1393 Cal, 100 Carbs (76 Net), 57 Fat, 114 Protein

I keep forgetting you are in WY. That would be cool sometime to meet up. We are chilly this am too. I did get my liscence and my cardio in so I am a happy girl. Now gotta get ready for work. Do the 11-8 shift today.

I'm really struggling today - feeling as fat as the largest elephant on the face of the earth  

I gained this morning and am back up to where I was Saturday morning before my big - unexplained - loss on Sunday.  I know why - poor elimination and holding water - somehow "knowing" isn't translating into "feeling"  Can only be "stinking thinking"

Even though I'm struggling - I WILL WIN!

FOOD:

B - Instone pudding - 100 cal
      Health Wise Choc drink - 80 cal
S - Bariatrix choc soy snacks - 150 cal
L - HW taco cheese bites - 120 cal
      HW veg lasagna - 220 cal
      PB2 - 54 cal
S - HW choc drink - 80 cal
D - HW choc drink - 80 cal
      Bariatrix veg spaghetti bolognese meal - 150 cal
      Broccoli cole slaw - 25 cal
      Jello sf pudding - 60 cal

1119 cal       109g carb       123g protein

EXERCISE:
A little walking & a little stair climbing - whatever I can fit in with getting ready to leave in the morning at 4:30 to go to the airport -

Hi everyone!  I truly hope that I will be more consistent with posting.  It really does help me to be accountable.  So here goes for today:

Cardio:
1 mile in home walking DVD (with stretchie band)

Food:
B -1 boiled egg, lower sugar oatmeal
S -grapes
L -Lean Pocket
S -side salad, babybel cheese
D -fish, spinach
S -protein bar

Morning, everyone!!

I'm back to my bouncing up and down on the scale again, which is ok. I'm bouncing down a pound or two then bouncing up a pound. I can handle this as long as it keeps going in a downward direction.

Cardio ~ walking outside 40 mins (if not raining)
              back up cardio ~ stationary bike 20 mins 5.2 miles

Cafe ~
B ~ Champ Nut Protein Shake
      Kashi GoLean Blueberry Waffle
S ~ Champ Nut Protein Shake
      8 Grapes w/1 slice Gouda
L ~ Low carb turkey wrap
S ~ 8 grapes w/1 slice Gouda
D ~ 3 ozs Rotissiere Chicken and 1/2 c veggies

Grrr - Wed was a bad day for me - had a massive hungry horror day. One big mistake I made and will change is eating straight from the cracker bag instead of pouring out my portion!!

Cardio: 30 Min on Elliptical (-285 cal)

Food:
Light Latte
Kashi GoLean & Dannon Light & Fit
Hormel Compleats Chicken Marinara
1 small fresh Plum (from the farmers market)
Wheat Thins artisan Crackers (way to many)
1oz 2% cheddar cheese
Dinner Salad - chicken, avocado, lettuce, crutons & dressing
Ramen Noodles Cup of Soup (god what was I thinking)

Calories: 1875 Fat: 74g Carbs: 201g Fiber: 20g Protein: 92g

OK so that is behind me - today is a new day and I will do it right today!!
