Well, this morning I'm happy to say the scales went down a bit, not quite down to Sunday's unexplained low, but down. A more realistic weight than Sunday I think.
Here's my plan for today - it's a busy & a long one:
FOOD:
B - Oatmeal breakfast - 260 calories
Health Wise Choc drink - 80 cal
S - 2 Laughing Cow cheese wedges
2 Jello sf individ serv Jello
L - 1/2 Bariatrix Cream of tom soup - 40
1/2 can Del Monte Organic Diced tom - 180
1 meal HW Veg stew w beef - 180 cal
S - Cottage cheese delight - 150 cal
D - 1/3 Whole Seafood gumbo - 182 cal
1 c Winn Dixie cut green beans - 45 cal
1114 cal 100g carb 135g protein
EXERCISE:
Short walks, climbing up & down stairs, running around like a chicken with its head cut off getting ready to leave for granddaughter's wedding.

Good Morning, last night was my turn not to sleep. Went to bed, slept 2 hours and then up the rest of the night so I seriously dragging today. Busy day at work and tonight I am having dinner with friends from another board on OH (so exicted to meet them). My check in for today:

I'm having a determined day where I am NOT letting the scale get to me. I out on a pound, but know my body will do this for a bit then drop some.

Took all my vitamins today - that is a big step for me!! (multi, iron, calcium, potassium, 3000 IUD Vit D, B12 sublingual) I look like I'm 90 with my pill box in my purse!
