Today is my younger son's 11th birthday! Wow, 11 years ago today. I get up early and he was up before I was ready to celebrate the day. I made his favorite breakfast so the celebrations are already underway. Time goes by so fast. Days like today I enjoy reflecting back. I shared with him the details of his true birthday. We'll have a great weekend. Happy 11th Birthday Matt - I love you!

Cathy - How lucky your sons are to have you for their mom. Every child born deserves a mom like you, but, sadly, not every child is so fortunate.
Well, today the scales were up a bit - not really a surprise because had a loss the past few days and my body's pattern is lose some, then gain a little. I can live with that as long as I know I'm doing my part with thinking, eating and exercise. I am still in the BMI 23.... range - 23.98 LOL
Was so frustrated yesterday, was all set to exercise with my WiiFit program - first I had misplaced my DVD so had to put out a search for that and then when I found them I learned when my new DVD player was hooked up my Wii was no longer communicating with my TV. Hopefully, will find someone who can correct that this evening
Here's my food for today (decided I ought to be specific like the rest of you instead of just saying 100% compliant BOTT day)

1 packet Health Wise Cream of Broccoli soup - 80 cal
1/2 cup Breakstone's Fat Free Small Curd cottage cheese - 80 cal
1 packet Health Wise Peach Mango Fruit drink - 70 cal

Exercise - Walking and stair climbing (maybe WiiFit if I can get someone to connect it to my TV)
