For some reason yesterday was a hard day. Never did figure out where my thinking was mucked up but did follow my BOTT planned food and exercise anyway. I was hungry (head hungry, of course) in the morning so moved some of my food planned for later in the day to morning (thank goodness for thedailyplate!!!!!!! ) but didn't add any food that wasn't already planned. It worked very well for by dinner time I had settled down and was quite comfortable with what I had left to eat.
This morning I'm feeling fine and not the least bit hungry. Like that feeling a whole lot better! LOL
So here's my promise - a 100% BOTT right thinking, right eating, and right exercising today.
Oh yes, the scales were down a tiny bit this morning - I like that a whole lot better too, of course, but the scales are just going to have to do whatever they do - while, meantime, I'll keep on keeping on doing my part.
Have a fine day friends
No cardio for me today, I am finally putting my family room back together since the flood last month. Finally, no more living in squalor! My food for today:
Breakfast - fage w/granola
Snack - protein shake
Lunch - ricotta bake
Snack - celery w/pb2
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - crepes w/strawberries
Hope that everyone has a great day!
Deb

Hey Genie!
If I'm watching tv, then I don't realize how long I've actually been riding. Well, until the commercials come on that is. I read on one of the other posts about renting a movie and only watching it while they work out. When they're exercise time was up, they would turn off the movie and not finish until they exercised again. I ain't patient enough for that, but I will do it with books if there's nothing on tv. Good luck, let me know how it goes for ya!!!
