Back On Track Together
I've fallen and can't get up....
it has been a busy and fun and food filled summer! I have been active and exercising alot but oh that yummy summer food...corn on the cob, cook outs, summer fruits! And my daughter home all day...no schedule or "me" time! Just wanted to post and say this week I will be a protein shake girl before I head off to the beach again! I promised I wouldn't let myself get over 150lbs and I was 151 this am, so I'm making a quick fix plan!!

You can do it Jen - busy = good fun = good food = good when you make your plan (which you have done ) and follow it. I'm on an up-and-down path - thinking, eating, and exercise 100% BOTT - guess it is my body just being reluctant to give up those last 6+ pounds to my goal weight. Clothes are fitting much better so it is simply a matter of me doing my part and letting the scales do whatever the scales are going to do - more comfortable doing this some days than others.
