Down to 168 from 171 last week. Was down 4 put popped up a pound and I deserve it for some food indescretions. Very tired this morning... haven't been sleeping well. On a new med and think it's a side effect. Really gonna have to work on my attitude this morning. Going to a "Crafts in the Park" show this weekend so that will be fun and lots of yard work to do. Maybe even sleep in tommorrow. Leaving for a short vac. to Sioux Falls SD. tues. Plan to shop and do some outdoor activities. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Take Good Care of Yourself, Lucy.  Crafts in the Park sounds like a lot of fun - I love craft shows!  Remember, visit the craft booths and stay far far away from the food booths.  Plan your food for the Sioux Falls vacation and take it with you - no plan (In Weigh****chers years ago, they taught us that to fail to plan was to plan to fail - and, over the years, I've found that to be true) and depending on finding what you have planned is pretty much a road to disaster.  You will be so proud of yourself when you make your plan and follow it - and you will have lots of other cool things to focus on while you are there rather than food.  YOU CAN BE 100% COMPLIANT - YES YOU CAN!!!

After I zapped off that first message, I go to thinking more about what you had posted and I'm just going to have to disagree with you - you EARNED your gain, but you sure didn't DESERVE it.  What you deserve in the very best care and love you can give yourself - and that's 100% compliance.  I invite you to give yourself the VERY BEST.

Down to 179.8 from 187.6 on July 6.   I have been on liquids since the day of the sclerotherapy.  I just added a half cup of fat free cottage cheese to the day.   It took care of the gnawing hunger.  Still walking every day.  ginny

Hi all

I scraped by staying the same this week, but I sure need to be careful as I turned in to the cookie monster this week and ate my fair share and more.  I've been going on my daughters trampoline though so it's balanced out thankgoodness!

Frustrated that I have eaten like an addict this week, but plan to nip it in the bud and do something about it this week, so that I can see a loss next week.  Thank goodness for this thread to keep me in check before it goes too far.

School is out today for the Summer, so we have nothing planned for the weekend other than rest!  I've got one week before we go on vacation so lots of preparation to do.

See you all next week

Up 1 lb to 126 today. I went to my stepbrother's wedding yesterday and really overdid it. I'm afraid of getting going down a bad road and not being able to stop. I feel like I just ate and ate and ate yesterday. Cheese and crackers, ****tail weenies, salad, prime rib, cake and ice cream and a white russian. I don't know what I was thinking or not thinking rather.Today my belly feels full and hard and uncomfortable. I had oatmeal for breakfast and am considering eating some fruit and yogurt for lunch?. I'm so disappointed with myself...ERG!!! I feel completely lazy today and don't even want to move...Help!

Up up up and a-weigh  I go again...ugh!!! This week 246.6... up another 1.8 pounds from last week. Walking on the treadmil a half hour a day, journaling my food and still ballooning out of control here. Hopefully I'll get some word from one of the second opinion bariatric surgeons I've contacted.  Thank goodness I believe in honestly... because the scale sure hasn't been my friend on these friday weigh ins. My goal for next week is to try to stay the same if there isn't a loss...sigh. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
Hugs,
Kathy

Up and down, up and down, I feel like I'm on a trampoline. I've bounced back and forth between 216 and 214 this week and finally ended at 215.6. GRRRR..
I'm not going off track though. I have had a few set backs as far as my eating every day. A couple of eating out scenarios where I probably should have picked something else. It seems to me like my carbs are running around 120-125 everyday. I'm thinking I probably need to cut that down some, but don't know how to figure out the net cards and all that business.

Off to a BOTT weekend where I won't fall off the wagon like I did last weekend.
