Hi BOTTers,

Happy Friday!!  Happy Weekend Eve!

It is going to be nice weather this weekend so I'm excited.  I'm going to take walks this weekend outside.  I'm looking forward to low 80's with low humidity versus hot and humid weather we've been having. 

Here's my check-in for today:

CARDIO:  Take a walk outside with family

FOOD:

Cottage cheese
Green salad with veggies and light Ranch spray dressing
Southwestern Egg Beaters
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Tilapia with green beans
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

Up a little again this morning - expected that as I ate late and my elimination wasn't all that great.  Food was as planned, did not go shopping but went from one end of the hospital to the other twice yesterday with climbing up and down stairs each time.

Today it will be a day off from extra exercise as I woke up tired.  I've already climbed my 3 flights of stairs at work and walked from one end of the hospital to the other - but just couldn't kick my walk up to "brisk" like I usually do.  So will climb the 6 flights to my condo when I get home and call it a day.  Compliant BOTT food day and will let (as though I could stop them LOL) the scales go where they may.

Hi Cathy,
I read that you had the stomaphyx procedure in 2007. Can you suggest any reading on that procedure. Thanks , Kathy

On to another BOTT day, well...kinda since the day is half over.

I had a minor set back on my menu today since I ate lunch with the mommie, but calories don't count when they're with friends right, ? Kidding, I actually stayed pretty much in line during lunch.

Cardio: Walking outside ~ 20 mins (woo-hoo nice weather) 
             Stationary Bike ~ 20 mins (while watching TV hehe)

Cafe:
B ~ Protein Drink
S ~ apple w/slice Gouda cheese
L ~ Steak n Shake burger w/cheese (only bottom side of the bun) and handful of fries (hence the cardio on the bike)
S ~ Protein drink and (bad, bad Michelle) 1 Reese's PB Cup  (feel free to flog me now)
D ~ Fish or chicken w/veggies
S ~ Protein drink

I didn't cave and by the package of Otis *****meyer cookies  that they bake all day long at my branch, instead I literally inhaled a PB cup, whole thing in mouth at once. Shame on me, but at least I'm confessing right?
