Here is one of my favorite protein shake recipes....
Chocolate Peanut Butter Supreme protein shake
12oz of water ( I use water - less calories )
4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons of.. fat free -half and half
1 tablespoon of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (click here for the website)
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
Oh ..so.. delicious...yum...
