Hi BOTTers,

Happy middle of the week!!  It is supposed to be cooler this weekend so I'm going to take walks outside.  Looking forward to it!!

Here's my check-in:

CARDIO:  Treadmill

FOOD:

Southwestern Egg Beaters
Vegetable strips
Turkey sandwich
Cottage cheese
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Tilapia with green beans
Power Crunch bar

Since my insights of yesterday (see Some Wanderings of My Mind post) I've been pretty relaxed about the whole weight loss/reach goal process.  Thank Goodness LOL 

So for today it will be Follow My Plan - a 100 BOTT exercise and food day.  Reach a new low since mid-May this A.M.  Again, I did nothing different to explain the loss - just as I did nothing different to explain the gains of the past few weeks.  But --- that's what lead to my insights.  Guess my grandmother was right when she taught me  "There's nothing so bad but what there's a little good in it."

Hey everyone!!

I'm having a very frustrated day today. I keep bouncing back and forth betweed 214-215. I feel like the plateau diet they put me on is not helping. I almost feel like I'm eating too much food. So today, I'm taking matters into my own hands. If this new plan gets results then I will definitley inform my dr of it next Weds when I go for a follow-up.

Cardio: Walking/Stationary Bike ~ 20 mins
Water: 107 ozs (includes the 16 ozs f/the shakes)

Cafe: 
B: Protein Shake
S: Small apple w/ 1 slice Gouda
L: Protein Shake
S: Fiber One Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
D: Tilapia w/3 ozs sauteed mushrooms and 1/4 c corn
S: Protein shake

Good morning everyone :-)

Checking in

My workout- I did my treadmil this morning - even though i am not feeling well. I have a cold and I am on antibiotics .....I just did a lower intensity level. Yesterday and the day before - i felt great. But today my cold is kicking my butt...lol Time to rest up...

My food for today:

B- 2 chicken deli meat roll ups and a peach - i love peaches!!!
S- Protein shake , 1/2 banana
L- 2 roll ups of Ham with a pickle - and 3 honey dew melon cubes
S- Protein shake , 1/2 banana
D- Leftovers from lastnight - Spagetti squash dinner - a handful of blueberries
S-Protein shake
