Sunday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
My morning tomorrow will be discombobulated. We're having a sleepover tonight with my sons' friends. Some of them need to be home at 8:00 a.m. and fed. Before I knew this tidbit of information, I promised my famous "Mama's Sunday Breakfast." So, that means getting up really early to make everything for all the boys to eat and be at home on time. That also means I may returning to bed to take a nap!!
Here's my check-in for tomorrow:
CARDIO: Walk on my treadmill.
FOOD:
Southwestern Egg Beaters with vegetables
Cottage cheese
Green salad with vegetables, turkey and light Ranch spray dressing
Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels
Tilapia with green beans
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Power Crunch bar

Time for another start of BOTT!
Yesterday and Friday night were a wash for me in the eating arena. But the good news is..I purchased a new scale and am more than happy with it so far. It's weighing me in a little over 215 (glad I didn't do my happy dance after "losing" that pound Friday). So onward and upward to the start of a new week.
Cardio: Maybe walking later tonight (100+ degree heat so we'll see)
Cafe:
B: 1 c Cheerios, 1/8 c raisins, and 1/2 c fat free milk
S: 2 ozs peanuts
L: Protein drink
S: Probably Starbucks coffee
D: either 3 ozs chicken/fish w/1 c veggies
S: protein drink
My middle day cafe will be hard since I have errands to run. This is part of what I need help with. How do I sustain myself and stay on track when I hang out at a Tire Store having maintenance done???
