Tips on the 5 day pouch test - please help!
low carb breakfast burrito
Protein shake
yogurt
fruit of some sort and Adkins shake
Chicken and Steamed veggies or another shake
sugar free Italian ice
Heading to the gym now for 25 min of weights and an hour on the elliptical.
That seems like a great plan, I can't wait to actually appreciate food again, I remember having a ch****n wrap on a low carb lavash and being in heaven! Or even a few bites of a greek salad. Now that I have been over eating again I take it for granit. I am hoping this little jump start will help, I am already thinking about tuna and cheese and all of the things that I can have! We can do this!!! Gloria
And great job with the excercise, I am just walking for now, as my weight has gone up to apoint that I am not yet comfy in the gym, hopefully soon!

Hi, today is day 2, I am down 5 pounds this morning, water weight I am sure, but I was happy it is gone! Doing home work is a good idea, I also planned for a week. I am hungry, but know I can make it through one more day. Best of luck to you! It is a great plan!
