I'm down 12 lbs!!!!!
I am still battling head hunger like crazy, but my pouch is getting full on such a small amount. I can barely hold a cup of cottage cheese. I am staying full on my protein shakes and holding as strong as I can. This is my 11th day and I am down 12 lbs. I know it will slow down as I continue, but as long as I stick with the protein and keep my calories in check I am sure the weight loss will continue. I am considering adding soft proteins like beans and fish soon, but not yet.
You are definitely an inspiration! Don't ya love it when you get in the zone. And the longer you go, the easier it gets because you clear your body of all those things we crave....and the weight loss inspires and ya just don't wanna stop. Boy do I want to get to that place again. Hope I am headed there. Keep it going lady! Yipeeeee !
