Leftovers

I had some leftover peppers, mozzarella balls and pepperoni that needed to be used.  I threw everything together with some bread dough and baked it.  NO, I did not eat the bread, BUT, I picked off the pepperoni, OMG, it was so good.  I've never liked pepperoni, but I loved the crisp little pieces.  Now I have to buy some more to make little crispy pepperoni treats!

Ok Deb, can you speak Microwave?  If I put slices of pepperoni on a paper towel on a paper plate and nuked it for 45 seconds (???) would it come out the same (or nearly the same)  I don't know where I was when the "domestic cells" were being passed out, but I sure wasn't in that line LOL  If it can't be nuked I don't cook/eat it.

You're too funny!  I guess that it would turn out the same.  I'm going to Trader Joe's tomorrow for some more pepperoni and I'll give it a try.

if you set your microwave to 50% power when you are heating up most meats it will not have that nuked taste.
