Saturday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I have a bunch of boys sleeping over so I know I'll be busy tomorrow morning with a buffet breakfast fit for pre-teens and teen aged boys.
Here's my check-in for tomorrow:
CARDIO: Wii Fit with the boys and hubby
FOOD:
Southwestern Egg Beaters with extra vegetables cooked in
Whole wheat toast lightly buttered
Green salad with vegetables, turkey, shredded cheese with light Ranch spray dressing
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels
Grilled turkey burger with vegetable skewers
Power Crunch Bar
Have a super Saturday as we BOTT!!

Good morning Botters!
I love when I can post early! I'll be hitting the gym later this afternoon. I've been having problems with my joints lately. Not sure what's going on, maybe old age, I turned 50 last week. My food:
Breakfast - Lean Dessert protein drink
Snack - Click!
Lunch - Steak salad
Snack - baked apple
Dinner - Chicken w/grilled veggies
Snack - Fage w/sf caramel
It looks like it's going to be a beautiful sunny day!

This up and down is driving me crazy (VERY SHORT TRIP lol) Yesterday I was elated - I was down to my low of the last 2 months - then this morning I was up a little again - since I ate the proper # of calories and climbed 12 flights of stairs before the day was over, I know I'm OK and IT WILL COME OFF. Just another of those wonderful opportunities to learn patience grrrrrr
Really, I'm fine - just impatient. Not even tempted to stray from my plan. At least for now, I'm very clear in my outsides AND my insides both that it is absurd to eat more when I'm not losing (like I want to) the way I'm eating now when the way I'm eating now is providing me adequate nutrition. AND THAT'S GIANT PROGRESS!!!!!!
so, here's to a delightful weekend and a BOTT day for us all
