Friday Reflections! How to stay on track during vacation!

Since it's that time of the year where we are all going on vacation I thought it would be great to share some ideas on how to stay on track during your vacation  

Plan ahead and take note of where and what kind of vacation you are going on.  Make a plan for food and exercise...BUT not to the point where you can't enjoy your vacation.  If you are going to eat some great food then take a walk or bike.  You can also take a simple exercise band and do a few workouts in your room.  Check out where you are staying and see if they have a gym and I am sure there is a pool or swimming somewhere near.

Dance, Dance, Dance.....that burns more cals than anything and what a great time while doing so.  I tell the story of me and Charlie going on a cruise and we ate what ever we wanted, yep I am sure you know what I mean...  But we danced every night and I came home down 2 pounds
